We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached. Swimwear with hygiene liners removed cannot be returned.

2. How do I start a return or exchange? +

Please email our customer support team at service@swimvita.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.

3. Do I need to pay for return shipping? +

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Yes, our swimwear is designed to be true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Our swimsuits are made from high-quality, sustainable fabrics that are soft, quick-drying, and durable.

Orders & Payments

1. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +

Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact service@swimvita.com as soon as possible.

1. How can I get discounts? +

2. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order? +

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.

Currently, we do not offer custom designs, but we are always expanding our collections to fit your needs.
